Booking Terms & Conditions

We’ll set sail from Athens to the Islands. The exact sailing route for your trip will be decided by the team a few days before the departure date and will be based on the forecast for the region.

All cabins sleep 2 people.

Each cabin has a double bed, shower and toilet.

Guests looking to have a private room will need to cover the cost of the second person.

No single supplements available.

The price includes:

- Two freshly prepared meals per day (breakfast and lunch) plus snacks and all refreshments (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).

- Shared double cabin with double bed, shower and toilet.

- A team of professional hosts and guided activities: Skipper, SUP and swimming instructor who will accompany you at all times on and in the water.

- Paddle technique coaching for the SUP adventures.

- Swim coaching and style improvement (if desired).

The price does NOT include: 

- Personal insurance: this is compulsory and must cover extreme sports.

- Dinner at local tavernas throughout the week .

- International and domestic flights and transfers.

- Arrival at the marina - we can help with local transfers (e.g. a local taxi) for an additional fee.

- Tips for instructors and the staff.

- Workshops with the locals: cooking, art, dance, music and more…(depending on demand).

Important Itinerary Information:

1. The crew can, at any time, decide to change the sailing plans and itinerary, based on the weather conditions.

2. If the sea conditions do not allow sailing on a particular day, we will anchor in a protected marina and choose an alternative plan for the day (for example swimming, SUP in the bay / marina where we anchor, and/or a land trip on the island, a guided tour (we can arrange a workshop with the locals for an additional fee).

Meeting Point and International Flight Destination:

Flight Destination: Athens

Meeting Point: 14:00 at Alimos Marina in Athens. Approximately 30 minutes by bus or taxi from the airport / approximately 15 minutes from the city center.

Terms of Payment:

To secure a booking the customer must pay a deposit of  30% of the price, once payment is received, the booking is confirm.

The balance payment is then due 60 days before the departure date.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation up to 60 days from the sailing date - the cancellation fee is 30% of the sailing cost.

In case of cancellation less than 60 days from the sailing date - the cancellation fee is 100% of the sailing cost.

By booking and paying the customer hereby agrees to the above terms and conditions.
